Summer Students must demonstrate good communication skills in order to fit into the team structure. They must demonstrate the willingness to learn and participate in the safety processes. They must be committed to the quality of work that will result in customer satisfaction.

Summer Students must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts to support their assigned team through the heavy vacation season, without requesting time off for themselves.

Summer Students must be enrolled in as a full-time student in a fall semester 2015 college program.
