Program Coordinator - Mosaic - Terre Haute, IN



Job Summary


Directs and coordinates the delivery of habilitative services in compliance with regulatory
requirements. Responsibilities include training staff in behavior modification techniques,
supervising and evaluating staff, planning and developing individual-centered programs, monitoring quality of services delivered and maintaining records.


This job carries with it the obligation to respect the dignity and recognize the potential for growth of every individual who receives or provides services and supports, to advocate for the rights of people we support to pursue their own vision and to be responsible stewards of our human and financial resources in order to create an environment committed to quality.


Education and Experience


Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. May require
QMRP certification and experience in an ICFMR.
