Terminal Manager - I - YRC Freight - Terre Haute, IN

Responsibilities:
The Terminal Manager is a champion for safety and the productivity improvements process in the service center, and is responsible for facilitating education and training programs to motivate employees to improve performance and quality of work processes and to develop management personnel for promotion while also managing turnover at acceptable levels. All of this while also directing the accurate and timely processing of all information to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
