  • Marketing Specialist Job Duties:

    1. Community Benefit Reporting: Is responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating the community benefit provided by the organization


    2. Online Experience: Supports content and marketing development for online channels – including website and social media.


    3. Population Health Marketing: Supports organization efforts to improve health and wellness of community (i.e. targeted communications, segmentation, community events and program) in order to address identified community health needs and other System – wide identified population health initiatives designed to support ACO or other value based initiatives.


    4. Market Research: Supports on-going qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives for system – including focus groups, competitor profiling and data collection.


    5. Data Analysis: Supports on-going analysis of data impacting departmental decision-making (i.e. marketing response data, population health data, patient experience data, service line utilization data, CRM data, market share data, patient origin studies, etc.).


    6. Marketing Support: Assists marketing and public relations department staff with routine functions of the department including media interface, disaster and crisis management, event planning, and other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:


    Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field


    Advanced knowledge of Mircosoft Excel, must have ability to manipulate data in Excel & create charts, reports


    Advanced writing skills, website content and social media updating.
