Analyst, Events & Communications - Edwards Lifesciences - Brazil, IN
Plan, execute and control the Latam third party and Edwards internal and external events according to marketing and HR briefing. Ensure the events are meeting internal and
external stakeholders requirements. Ensure quality of events are improving constantly.
Maintain and updated list for all EW participations and participants, as well, as provide the compliance evidence of event completion to meet compliance requirements
Align budget and keep control of expenses for all activities
Execute RFA and payment processes for events & congress
Keep an updated SOP related to marcomms. Be the responsible for marcomms approvals regarding branding and communication. Keep a physical inventory of marcomms, samples and demo equipment.
Create an electronic database of marcomms and make it available
to all Latam countries, respecting legal & regulatory requirements
Responsible for controlling the approval process for external customers’ communication regarding marcomms. Ensure that the team is complying with Edwards processes.
Ensure training is available for all possible developers of external customers’
communication
Responsible for digital marketing tools development and execution (internet, sales force, etc), following marketing, global guidance and guidelines.
Responsible for creating an process for selection, evaluation, continuous improvement
and control for the marketing suppliers (including but not limited to event agency,
advertising agencies, printing companies, translations and storage and shipping)
Issue market surveys to access internal and external customers perception of the
Company image, services and products.
Support the VP on travel logistics and meeting organization
Qualifications
Requirements:
Pharmaceutical / medical devices industry: highly desirable
Barchelor Degree in Public Relations or Advertising
English: fluent
Spanish: highly desirable
