Maintenance Worker - Emmert Property Management - Brazil, IN

Duties include assisting our current maintenance man with general apartment maintenance and apartment turnovers. Includes, but is not limited to, light plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting etc. Also includes preventative maintenance as well as grounds maintenance.
Must be trustworthy and able to communicate in a pleasant manner with many tenants on a daily basis.
