Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment is preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs including evenings, holidays and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
- Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills
- Bilingual ability a plus in some markets
