Do you have the skills required to be a vital member of our Putnam County team assuming the role of Wrap Around Facilitator?

We are currently looking for a Wrap Around Facilitator to work within Putnam County. Under the supervision of the Director of County Operations, the Wrap Around Facilitator will work as an advocate for children and families by engaging community volunteers and professionals in a strength-based, family centered planning process. The ability to creatively access resources is a must. The position facilitates building family teams for each consumer using a strength-based perspective. The facilitator must be comfortable and effective in working in a variety of settings such as: schools, physician offices, probation, OFC, as well as the consumer’s home.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or another related field of human service. The Wrap Around Facilitator will have persuasive communication skills, as well as great time management, organizational and documentation skills.
