Onsite Representative job - EmploymentPlus - Terre Haute, IN

Supervise up to 100 employees in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. Working with human resources and plant managers to develop and retain employees. Processing payroll, recruiting, conducting orientations, coaching and counseling employees. Candidates will be detail oriented possessing strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications. Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Strong supervisory skills as well having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Prior staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
