Immediate Opening for Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep Job in Terre Haute 47805, Indiana US

1) Inside sales area:

– Handling a day-to-day relationship with all the accounts and prospects assigned to him/her.


– Actively calling on all the target accounts for the 2015 budget, making sure there is a phone contact with the target accounts with projected sales for 2015 at least once month.


– Receiving phone calls from the customers when they want to order, or when they need information on our pricing/availability. Informing the corresponding sales executive or placing special quotes directly if necessary.


– Calling on prospects, contributing to the customer relationships development with the accounts assigned.


Customer service area:


– Order collection, informing on the order fulfillment capabilities.


– If the right SKU´s are not in the inventory, providing the customers with the alternative options to satisfy their needs and thus close the order.


– FU with the logistics partners on respecting the agreed timeline and making sure the order reaches the customers´ doors on time.


– E-mailing the shipping documents and confirming the scheduled shipment and expected delivery.


– E-mailing the bill received


Back-office / planning area:


– Processing sales orders in SAP.


– Planning the custom slitting orders and schedules for orders that require it with the outsourced slitting partners. Managing a day-to-day relationship with the operation centers in place.


– Processing the purchase orders for slitting.


– Implement excellent IT skills to solve IT issues when issuing the POs for slitting.


– Planning and optimizing the container orders


– Communication and day-to-day management with all the key departments


– Processing and handling claims. Follow-up.


Payment collections:


– Updating weekly the payment schedule of all the overdue bills.


– Sending the reports of the overdue invoices



Requirements


Qualifications, key skills and competencies:

– Customer orientation.


– Excellent communication skills


– Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.


– Excellent IT skills.


– Meticulous and organized individual.


– Pro-active and solutions oriented individual.


– Positive and dynamic approach to problem solving.


– Knowledge of the printing industry would be an advantage.



Highlights


Initial training period / preparation:

– 2 weeks initial training in Spain.


– 1 week in the field, visiting customers from the area to understand the market.


– 1 week IT and systems practicing.
