Qual é a prioridade de uma Sprint? TI





Muitas vezes é difícil delimitar prioridades, principalmente

quando tudo parece ser indispensável. No Scrum,
"Scrum: A eficiência de uma Sprint" href=

ao definir uma Sprint Backlog, como você

classifica as prioridades? Os erros de produção, a evolução do

software ou as refatorações tomam o topo da lista? Existe

alguma regra para categorizar os itens do Backlog?

Bom, vamos discutir sobre isso!



O que parece ser mais importante? A correção do erro que ocorre

ao cadastrar um novo fornecedor ou a implementação da nova

funcionalidade que permite a validação do XML de Notas Fiscais?

Ambas parecem ser essenciais para o cliente! Embora a decisão

seja complicada, existem alguns parâmetros que talvez

possam ser úteis para simplificá-la.

necessário refletir sobre o objetivo da
Sprint, no qual muitas vezes passa despercebido pela

equipe. Para isso, reflita sobre a pergunta: o objetivo é

estabilizar o software (corrigindo os bugs), fornecer

novos recursos (lançamento de novas funcionalidades) ou

aplicar manutenções para contemplar

requisitos não-funcionais, como segurança, usabilidade e

desempenho? A partir do momento em que o objetivo é encontrado,

priorizar os itens se torna mais fácil.



Porém, em algumas situações, o objetivo abrange,

simultaneamente, as correções e as evoluções. Imagine

que foi acordada a implementação de uma nova

funcionalidade de controle de movimentações bancárias para

o departamento financeiro, mas, ao mesmo tempo, há um erro

no módulo contábil relacionado ao cálculo de impostos

tributários, prejudicando a produtividade do setor. Para

encontrar a prioridade mais crítica, uma das alternativas

é utilizar a política do impedimento:

qual dos dois itens impedirá a utilidade do software? Bom, o

controle bancário é importante, mas é provável que

o departamento contábil

esteja praticamente paralisado enquanto o erro no

cálculo de impostos não é corrigido, e isso é ruim! A

prioridade, neste cenário, se refere à continuidade do negócio

do cliente, portanto, o erro se destaca e deve ser

corrigido. Por outro lado, caso fosse possível contornar o erro

no módulo contábil (o que tecnicamente chamamos de
workaround), o controle bancário para o

financeiro poderia receber uma atenção maior.



Em segundo lugar, não devemos nos esquecer de um dos principais

paradigmas do Desenvolvimento Ágil: 

"Minimum Marketable Feature - A arte de pensar simples e entregar valor"

valor. Se você possui uma lista de itens que devem ser

priorizados, discuta com a equipe sobre quais deles irão

Observar os itens com a perspectiva do usuário ao invés de uma

perspectiva técnica pode ajudar a definir as prioridades. Para

isso, levante a questão: “O que o cliente espera do

próximo incremento?” – 
certamente, funcionalidades

importante mencionar que o conceito de valor do incremento

pode mudar conforme o tempo, logo, nem sempre o que foi

decidido na Sprint anterior será adequado para a
Sprint atual. Isso significa que você não deve

utilizar os mesmos parâmetros de prioridade repetidamente. O

valor do incremento deve ser “recalculado” à medida que novas

regras, tecnologias e fatores externos surgem na realidade do

projeto.A questão do valor nos leva à definição de produto
potencialmente utilizável. A qualidade do que

será entregue para o cliente depende justamente dessa

categorização de prioridades. De nada adianta, por exemplo,

lançar uma nova funcionalidade e, dias depois, receber uma

série de reclamações devido à uma falha no código.

Além de ferir a utilidade, essa funcionalidade se tornará mais

um item de correção para a próxima Sprint, aumentando

novamente a dificuldade em priorizar os itens.



Vale realçar que, naturalmente, se novos bugs forem

introduzidos no software, ele não será mais potencialmente

utilizável. O advérbio “potencialmente”, neste contexto, indica

que o sistema de informação deve atuar como recurso fundamental

para as operações do cliente.



Em terceiro lugar, em caso de dúvidas, a delimitação de

prioridades pode ser discutida com o próprio cliente, ou, na

sua ausência, com o Product Owner. O

cliente conhece bem os critérios de sobrevivência do seu

próprio negócio e pode fornecer informações relevantes para a

elaboração do Sprint Backlog. Talvez um erro de

produção pode não demandar tanta atenção quanto uma refatoração

que irá melhorar o desempenho de uma funcionalidade já

existente. O cliente, que convive diariamente com o

andamento do negócio e com a utilização do software, é a melhor

pessoa para fornecer essa orientação.



Para fechar o artigo, vou deixar uma frase que ouvi no seriado
“The Blacklist”:




“We don’t need to work harder. We just need to work

smarter.”

(Não precisamos trabalhar com mais esforço. Só Precisamos

trabalhar com mais inteligência.)




Aplique essa frase durante a definição de Sprints. Não

é preciso ficar até altas horas concluindo tarefas que, no

final das contas, não irão gerar um valor considerável para o

cliente. Em vez disso, identifique itens potenciais para o

próximo incremento. Se estes itens forem apropriadamente

avaliados, não haverá insatisfação do cliente, como também não

haverá desmotivação da equipe.

Job Scope:

-Provide consulting to strengthen Visa’s business relationship

with strategic Client banks.

-Capitalize key business opportunities and develop strategic

profitability initiatives at a client and market level through

information analysis and business intelligence.

-Define specific thresholds for the different business

indicators based on client’s capabilities and market

conditions.

-Manage, facilitate and implement consulting services to meet

client’s business target through performing clients-specific

trend analysis for historical data.

-Identify relevant market trends by country, based on a deep

analysis of payment industry Information.

-Evaluate analytical findings to ensure accurate interpretation

of data and development of meaningful business insights.

Interpret business and statistical analysis for use in decision

making.

-Perform bank-specific analysis on portfolio data including

proprietary information, such as customer demographics,

activity, spend levels and financial information.

-Apply international best practices in order to match business

opportunities for Visa clients. Supporting Clients in

developing strategic action plans, leveraging internal and

external information resources.

-Secure new consulting engagements and re-engagements

opportunities. Knowledge transfer in order to optimize business

profitability for Client banks.

-Develop methodologies to measure ROI for clients marketing

campaigns. Support clients to implement business

recommendations.

-Deploy analytical model and techniques within the

organization. Continuously develop and present innovative ideas

in order to improve current business practices within Visa.

-Sophisticate and robust the consulting offering through the

development of advance statistically analysis and modeling

using the appropriate analytical tools such as SAS.

-Contribute ideas in teamwork sessions to identify profitable

opportunities for the Client banks and work towards translating

them into new value added services, which are marketable in

Brazil.

-Document and share business best practices with internal

teams.



Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred Minimum 6-8

years of experience in retail or payments industry

-Preferred education: MBA

-Understanding of Retail banking industry

-Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and to report

/present strategies and recommendations to business units.

-Project Management (including time management)

-Experience working with financial indicators to measure

business performance including P&L responsibility.

-Experience in mining tools including SAS E. Miner, SAS E.

Guide and SPSS

-Strong background in statistical analysis, regression,

decision tree and clustering.

-Strong Communication (written and oral) and organizational

skills.

-Proficiency in Spanish and English

-Excellent understanding of concepts, functionality, and

advanced application of SAS programming. Substantial problem

solving, ability with strategic focus to Impact ROI

-Strong analytical skills

� Ensures that database improvements are successfully

� Participates in on-call production support activities, using

the technical knowledge and capability to handle all problems

as a DBA on the target DBMS. In addition, you should have a

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science, or comparable

experience.



Technical Skills:



� Thorough knowledge of one DBMS, and a basic knowledge of

another DBMS.

� Industry certified in primary DBMS (where available).

� Understanding of advanced physical database design concepts

like database partitioning, denormalization, buffer pool

tuning, and index optimization.

� Strong knowledge of MVS JCL, COBOL, C, Java, Unix scripting,

VI editing, and CICS.

� Excellent knowledge of SQL.

Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking a

highly skilled and motivated Transportation Operations

Analyst to assist in the management of daily freight

movements flowing into and out of our Brazilian

fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to

join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. Brazil

TOC (Transportation Operation Center) is the main control

center for transportation execution. TOC plays a critical

role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon’s

Brazilian transportation network and thereby has direct

impact on Amazon’s ability to serve customers on time.


An ideal candidate has a background in transportation,

engineering, or logistics and excellent communication

skills. He/she has the ability to pull and analyze data

with ease, drive process improvements, and eliminate

the root cause of defects within the current systems.

This job will require exceptional communication skills

while having the ability to work independently in a

high pressure environment. S/he also maintains and

reports up to date and accurate statistics, management

reports and analysis. S/he also facilitates the flow of

information between different stakeholders

(Transportation Carriers/Hubs/Customer Service) and

resolves any potential issues that impact customer

should have the basic understanding of Logistics and

    variance in the information and data to the relevant
