The White Castle at 4340 S. US Hwy. 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802 is seeking friendly, fun and energetic CREW MANAGERS to join our family!

Full-time, part-time and student positions (age 16+) available for all shifts!

CREW MANAGERS: 
Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Day-to-day tasks include, but aren’t limited to: organizing the shifts, cash handling, inventory, customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading their team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Previous food service or management experience a bonus, but not required
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect

PAY: 
• Up to $14.00/hr
