First Steps Management Team SPOE Supervisor - Blue River Services, Inc. - Terre Haute, IN

• Provide supervision of First Steps data staff and activities including oversight and management of program’s early intervention records.


• Supervise LPCC Coordinators and activities of the Local Planning and Coordinating Councils.


• Monitor the quality of program services by conducting record audits/file review.


• Conduct training at staff meetings based upon area of need identified by audits and other performance reports.


• Full-time position(Mon-Fri-8am-4pm) with flexibility, requires travel to multiple office locations across 26 counties


• . Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.


• Bachelor’s degree required.
