Sodexo Campus Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with Quick Service Restaurant Management experience to oversee the a MV of 5MIL in Retail food operations for its premiere account at Indiana State University located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Indiana State University is a medium sized public University in rural Central Indiana. ISU features a large residential program with a bustling retail operation that includes national brands, such as Burger King, Taco Bell and Einstein’s, Sodexo internal brands and several satellite operations, including concessions. ISU proudly serves as a Center of Excellence training location for our Jazzman’s and Sub Connection operations. Responsibilities for this position will focus in the Retail areas including the implementation of new programming, staff and management development, oversee supervision of the daily operations ensuring high quality customer service standards are being met, some HR functions, maintaining safety and HACCP compliance and other duties as assigned. ***RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE*** for those who qualify. The ideal candidate will have: Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager’s (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Basic Education Requirement – High School Diploma or GED Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position. |
