Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entire Profit & Loss for account, including meeting cost control goals in the areas of waste, labor and product.


• Maintaining accurate and orderly production records.


• Responsible for counting inventory


• Understanding of pricing structures


• Able to communicate issues and problems with Area Vending Manager in a timely fashion


• Responsible for cash handling from the cash register


• Must establish good connection with service location employees to ensure customer satisfaction


• Responsible for total daily operations of cafeteria


• Implementing all established programs, monthly promotions, special  theme days, and policies


• Supervising all cafeteria workers

Additional Responsibilities:

• Always keeping safety in mind when performing job duties


• Inspecting equipment for cleanliness and working order
  


• Providing good customer service

Training:

• Must complete a ServSafe training course

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a similar work environment is preferred but not required


• The ability to lift up to 25lbs frequently, and occasionally moving up to 50lbs

• Associate’s degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school
