Job Description


Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Verification of processes with potential and / or existing suppliers.

  • Creation of audit reports and statements about the supplier quality capability,

  • in critical cases, additional presentation of the results to senior management

  • Obtaining the highest customer and employee satisfaction

  • Design and implementation of supplier system and process audits within the ThyssenKrupp Presta Group according to the supplier evaluation, incl. reporting and monitoring of corrective actions and optionally re-audit

  • Implementation of supplier process audits within the ThyssenKrupp Presta group for serious Quality problems, incl. Reporting and monitoring of corrective measures and, if it’s required re-audit

  • Planning and implementation of process-oriented system audits (verification of processes on site) within the TKT Presta Group, incl. reporting to senior management, and monitoring of corrective actions and, where appropriate, the re-audit to repair weakness.

  • Implementation of AIAG special audits in the supply chain.

Special Requirements / Special Working Conditions:

  • Teamwork, interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external agencies

  • Ability to travel, including internationally

  • Good knowledge current methods of quality management and eager to further improve quality in the region

  • Ability to put theoretical knowledge into practice

  • Control of questioning techniques in order to make audits efficiently, time management

Supervisory Responsibilities: The job holder has in the context of the tasks assigned full empowerment (audit execution, establishing monitoring and corrective measures defined).


Specific Job Duties


Education and/or Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Appropriate training and experience in quality management, in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949: 2009,CQI, as well as a corresponding thereto auditor training. Very good knowledge of one / several foreign languages (English mandatory, other languages desirable)


Computer and Technology Skills:


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; MS Office software package, SAP-enterprise resource planning software quality module, Lotus Notes Applications, QS-STAT software tool, PLM software.

Qualifications


Education:
The RN Charge Nurse will be a graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing


Licenses/Certification:
The RN Charge Nurse will have current RN Licensure in the State employed


The RN Charge Nurse will have a valid CPR verification


Experience:
The RN Charge Nurse will have at least one (1) years of nursing experience preferred


The RN Charge Nurse will have evidence of continuing education or special preparation or experience in gerontological nursing and/or long term care nursing desirable.
