Position reports to: Operations ManagerScopeResponsible for managing and administering the project job tasks in compliance with manufacturers specifications in a timely manner. Responsible for adhering to retailers standards. Supervises personnel to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Responsible for all administrative requirements pertaining to on-site project management and the related supervision of assigned staff. Responsible for the completion of all functions relating to the job. The position involves a high degree of autonomy in making decisions and the significant use of independent discretion and judgment. Therefore, the ability to use good judgment and strong analytical skills are necessary to perform the primary functions of this position.PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECTS1.Determines work to be accomplished on daily and weekly basis.2.Gathers blueprints, floor plans, assembly instructions, parts lists, and planograms.3.Develops scope of work and assignments accordingly.4.Determines and communicates lodging requirements with the Senior Project Manager.5.Determines any special requirements needed for the job.ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT 1.Initiate and maintain communication with setup assistants prior to the beginning of a project in order to ensure their arrival and preparedness to work.2.Coordinates with customer management for implementation of job tasks and issues.3.Coordinates walk-through times with customer management.4.Coordinates implementation of store safety regulations to crewmembers.5.Coordinates tasks, needs, and directions to crewmembers in a timely manner. 6.Coordinates with the Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager all critical information related to the job, employees, and the stores on a routine basis. 7.Coordinates daily bench marks for crewmembers.CONTROLLING AND SUPERVISING 1.Supervise employees reporting to Operations Manager daily performance and issues. 2.Ensures Resource Plus, Inc. policies and procedures are adhered to.3.Ensures all job tasks are completed to customer standards correctly prior to sign off.4.Completes reports and submits to office at the designated time and date.5.Ensures crewmembers complete tasks within the timeframe allotted.6.Confidentially handles sensitive information to maintain company integrity.OPERATING1.Monitors quality of work performed by each crewmember to ensure daily bench marks are met.2.Monitors quality of customer service rendered by each crewmember.3.Monitors professional behavior displayed by each crewmember.4.Monitors employee -hours expended to ensure operational goals are met.STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE1.Completes and submits all required reports on time.2.When asked, provides accurate data regarding job tasks in various stores.3.Ensures all crewmember expense reports and timesheets are properly completed, signed, and submitted to the office.4.Ensures all crewmembers adhere to Resource Plus standards of performance.5.Resolves personnel matters in a timely manner.6.Reports discrepancies in the scope of the project to proper management. 7.Responsible for ensuring the companys property (if assigned) required for communications are secure, receive proper maintenance from the installation division, and are kept in workable condition.8.Reads and monitors e-mail traffic on a daily basis.9.Maintains a positive working rapport with customers and vendors.10.Understands and adheres to the Resource Plus confidentiality agreement.11.Reports to work in proper attire each day maintaining good standards of hygiene.12.Required to check your company voicemail for company communication.By my signature below, I have read and understand the job duties and responsibilities of my position Requirements: Applicant must have direct experience in New Stores and Remodels, reading a plan-o-gram, and leading a crew of 10+ employeesMust have proper tools to complete the job; the tools to include:Rubber MalletsPliersScrewdriversWrenchesCordless Drill- 18 volt w/ drill tips and bitsBox cutterTape measureMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenMust have a reliable car, valid drivers license and insurance, and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report; disqualifying items:No driving on a suspended license with in 5 yearsNo reckless or careless driving ticket with in 5 yearsNo more than 2 moving violations in the last three yearsMust be able to pass a background check, items that will disqualify an applicant are:TheftDUI with in the last 5 yearsSexual BatteryMust have a laptop and digital cameraBenefits for Applicant$13-$15 per project hour, $8 per drive time hourReimburse gas expense (regular fuel only)Daily perdiem of $20Expenses paid weekly on com-data expense cardVacation pay (after a year with having worked 2080 hours during the course of the year)Hotels paid upfront by Resource PlusMini-Med Insurance plan after 90 daysLongevity program every year and includes bonus checks after 3 years [ See full job description ] Job Type Full-time Part-time Hours Not SpecifiedPay Type Wages
