What Are We Looking For

Pilot Flying J provides an extensive training program to help provide new hires with everything they
need to succeed and thrive in our fast-paced environment. However, there are some prerequisite skills
we are looking for:

2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial resultsPrevious management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountabilityIncredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused cultureGreat people management skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidaysMust exemplify integrity and accountability at the management levelDemonstrate excellent team leadership skillsMust build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
