The position of Marketing Co-Ordinator (OH & ES) is located at 3M South Africa, which is situated at Woodmead, a subsidiary responsible for the marketing and sales of a diversified range of products into Sub-Saharan Africa for the global corporation. To continue its growth in the region, the subsidiary has adopted a market focused strategy and is recruiting for this position to give effect to its business objectives. The Marketing Co-Ordinator (OH & ES) will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties:

Assist product marketers and marketing manager with planning and marketing admin: - Exhbitions and customer events - Pricing and catalogue creation - New product creation - Price contracts ( CARS, Sapphire ) - Marketing calender management ( Events, launches, field visits )

Assist Product Marketers and Marketing Manager with market research and VOC - Desk top research - Compile VOC feedback - Compile field trial feedback - Manage sampling register and demo products

Assist Product Marketers and Marketing Manager with Product Promotions and Launches - Advertising campaigns - Dialogue with service providers and division ( marketing repository DMR ) - e Marketing campaigns - Manage CRM dbase and deploy for mailshots and promos

Assist Sales Managers with Channel Management - Reports and analysis ( YTD performance vs LYTD ) - Rebates - Promotional targets

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree in marketing

Minimum 3 years brand management experience preferably at a multinational firm

Ability to work with diversified channels and target consumer groups

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and result-oriented

Innovative, creative and commercial minded

All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office Package
