Customer Service/Scheduling Supervisor - Movement Search & Delivery - Terre Haute, IN

Terre Haute, Indiana – Movement Search & Delivery movementsearch.com is working with a global tier one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, the company has a newly created position for a Customer Service/Scheduling Supervisor.

What you will do: The Customer Service/Scheduling Supervisor supervises production schedulers and customer service staff to ensure accurate planning and scheduling. The position interfaces with customers regarding shipment and delivery information, supervises/coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities, and plans work schedules according to budgets and workloads. The role evaluates workers’ performance, helps employees in resolving problems and completing work, resolves customer complaints in a timely fashion, and notifies management of customer issues affecting delivery metrics, while also maintaining SAP data. Additionally, the Customer Service/Scheduling Supervisor interacts with internal and external customers to aid in the resolution of issues and coordinates corrective actions for missed customer shipments.


What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in customer service or material/production planning. Experience in tier-one automotive manufacturing. Ability to travel.
