Accounts Receivable Clerk - Pfister & Company, Inc. - Terre Haute, IN






The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for receiving and depositing all rent payments for all the managed properties. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing bank statements, order checks and deposit tickets for all accounts, control and balance corporate petty cash, control numbered receipts for on-site and off-site receipt books, process property tax information and payments for all properties, control numbered invoices for accounts receivable, maintain insurance records on property owners, handle credit requests, assist with preparation of journal entries etc.


We prefer to have someone with quickbooks experience.


Required experience:


  • Accounting or Clerk: 1 year
