JOB SUMMARY:

• Direct activities of processing personnel


• Perform inventory transactions for work orders


• Monitor quality and output of processing personnel


• Maintains orderliness of department


• Manages the cleanup routines of department in accordance with GMP procedures


• Provides input and feedback regarding all aspects of department


• Follow HACCP guidelines


• Performs paperwork for each work order


• Help to provide a safe environment for employees by watching for hazards


• Operates fork truck to load and unload trucks


• Ability to work in a cold environment


• Deals with personnel issues, reports and attendance issues.


• Able to complete all functions on the processing side.

QUALIFICATIONS : Computer data entry knowledge, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, quality oriented, availability for call-in when necessary, multi-tasking capability.
