Requirements include:
6 months+ office experience (filing, answering phones, maintaining records)
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills
Accounting/inventory control experience very helpful
Duties:
Answer phones and take accurate messages
Input/update inventory and accounting records using Excel
Prepare documents using Word
Use Outlook to send/receive emails
