Working Team Leader
Provide direction & motivation to assigned team and delegate appropriate tasks in an effective manner. Must be well versed in all aspects of reporting, communications, terminology, and organizational procedures.
Requirements:
–Ability to work 2nd shift but being open to any shift
–Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed
–Previous experience in managing others (in a manufacturing environment a plus)
–Ability to collect daily production information and prepare accurate reports for the supervisor
–Experience in an automotive setting is a plus
–Good communication and leadership skills
–High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: $16.00 /hour
