We are currently seeking a full-time Unregistered Sales Assistant position within our Brokerage team for the Terre Haute, IN market.  The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing client and administrative support to our Financial Advisor.  Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

*         Processing client paperwork such as new account documents

*         Client contact and support management including scheduling meetings and answering phones

*         Upkeep of the office including ordering supplies and organizing office

*         Assisting with marketing and sales presentations,

*         Maintain trade and check blotters

*         Follow up on transfers and 1035 exchanges

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred


• Prior Brokerage Assistant or related financial services experience required


• Knowledge of Word and Excel


• Strong customer service skills
