PROGRAM ANALYST:
Bowhead is hiring a Program Analyst to develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program. The Program Analyst also conduct program plan studies and participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Other duties include coordinating interdepartmental development of program plans and interfacing with vendors and customers as required. The Program Analyst will monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
This position requires sitting for long periods of time.
Required Skills
- Ability to develop plans, budgets, and schedules.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience supporting the Information Technology Services Division (Code 104) at NSWC Crane
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the Secret level.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certifications.
Candidates must follow all company Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Requirements.
All post-secondary education listed on a Candidate’s application and resume must be verifiable, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded. Post-secondary education includes any courses taken through an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree.
UICTS/Bowhead will check the motor vehicle records of any job applicant where driving may be required or where a rental car must be obtained for business travel purposes.
