Food Production Coordinator
Location: Bedford, IN
Reports to: Area Dining Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Orders products and supplies and checks cost of each item to ensure accuracy
- Communicates with supplier representatives to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Maintains knowledge of menu pricing structures
- Communicates with departmental supervisors to ensure menus are complete and entered in a timely manner
- Communicates issues or problems with the Area Food Manager
- Assists on the line or in the walk-in as need arises
- Responsible to perform all job duties in a safe manner
Additional Responsibilities:
- Always keeping safety in mind when performing job duties
- Inspecting equipment for cleanliness and working order
- Providing good customer service
Training:
- Must complete a ServSafe training course
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar work environment is preferred but not required
- The ability to lift up to 25lbs frequently, and occasionally moving up to 50lbs

- Associate’s degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school
