Essential Responsibilities:

The Information Management (IM) Business Analyst

demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals,

programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In

this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to

solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and

others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some

long-term business goals.

· Serve as direct liaison to functional process owners in

order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned

area project and maintenance work

· Provide technical and/or project leadership function for

assigned engineering analysis and computing projects

· Translate high-level business requirements into detailed

functional specifications and if necessary, manage requests

for changes to the specifications

· Assist the business in determining which business

requirements can and should be automated and how they are

then integrated with other business and technical

processes

· Maintain functional peer relationships and detailed

working knowledge of the assigned area’s systems,

organization, and business processes

· Provide technical expertise and counsel to management,

other organizations, and special projects personnel

· Make technical decisions by applying fundamental

engineering principles and specialized knowledge or skills

to assigned tasks

· Approve work plans and technical reports and estimate

costs and schedules, recommend resource required and

solutions to problems, which arise during the course of a

project

· Serve as a primary interface with internal and external

contributing organization relative to technical

requirements, directions and problem resolution

· Collaborate with management in developing technical

directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and

challenging goals

· Provide timely leadership and direction to supporting

organizations and assist in the modification or

establishment or operating practices


– Responsible to design, implement and maintain solution

to attend Latin America localization into SAP SD



– Support Supply Chain demands



– Designing, developing and implementing SAP SD solutions



– Interpret business requirements into system solutions



– Making configuration changes



– Being a team member on global SAP implementations



– Advising on best business practices in SAP



– Testing



– Documentation



– Prepare ABAP specs



Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information

Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or a high

school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of information

systems design, implementation, or integration)

· At least 3 additional years experience in a technology or

engineering role


– 8 – 10 years of hands-on SAP SD configuration

experience including (but not limited to) order types,

Pricing, taxes, ATP, deliveries, shipments, billing,

transportation, rebates, intercompany transactions, unit

of measure, customer master, and variant configurator.



– Integrations skills MM, FI/CO, PS



– Worked with multiple implementations/projects with

multiple companies



– Experience in at least 4 full life cycle SAP

implementations including all phases (blueprinting, gap

analysis, system design, configuration, testing,

training, and go-live support).



– Skilled in writing functional specifications for

Reports, Interfaces, Customization, Enhancements, and

Forms.



– Expert in on-boarding new acquisitions onto existing

SAP template including mastery of organization structure

development/set-up, integration of new business processes

into existing template, and data conversion.



– Experience with ECC

6.0 on at least 2 implementations/projects.



– Hands on configurations skills



– Excellent communication skills



– Willingness to learn and the ability to understand new

technologies and processes



– Ability to work under pressure



– Flexible attitude working on own initiative and with a

team
