Cafe Office Admin & Support

Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing career-minded individual to join our DePauw University Longden Cafe. Supporting the culinary and retail C-Store with office administrator and Cafe Support. This is a full time position with shift work Monday thru Friday approximately 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility in start time.


Job Duties:


  • Sales and credit card Reconciliation/Posting

  • AR and AP

  • Inventory Input and Price updates

  • Retail pricing and Cash Register Bar Code Maintenance

  • Financial tracking/ reporting

  • Office Administrative/Organization

  • Support Cashier/Cafe Line service

  • A two-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration with 2 years of work experience.

  • Able to communicate clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client.

  • Computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and ability to use internal company systems.

  • Ability to interact with diverse and high volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Flexibility to travel at times between Columbus location accounts assigned.

  • Some Food and Beverage/Hospitality experience preferred
