Hornady has dedicated fleets in many areas. Depending on the customer, these dedicated runs give our drivers the ability to get home every weekend and even some during the week. Several have a pre-loader, so all you do is drop and hook.

We give our flatbed drivers the ability to get home weekends. Our goal is to get all drivers home regularly and often.


Within our newly expanded operating area, System 1 drivers can get home weekends. Our System 2 drivers are only out for 10 – 14 day period.

Hornady is committed to making your driving job easier by offering PrePass for tolls, great communication equipment, light-weight tarps, continuous training programs, and excellent freight lanes. Plus, there are no forced New York City runs and no Canadian runs.


Orientation & Guaranteed Transition Pay

We have increased our 4-day orientation pay for an experienced flatbed driver. We now pay up to $650.


We also have a Per Diem pay program and performance bonuses available plus many reward and recognition programs to show our driving force how much they’re appreciated!
