1. Project Management
Provide Project/Program management for medium/large projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in line with customer expectations

2. Project Implementation
Take a leadership role in the implementation of Solutions projects, with particular regard to the following projects activities
- Customer Requirements gathering and analysis
- Design of Solutions Architectures
- Quality Assurance

3. Bid Development
Might be involved in the preparation of complex technical proposals taking a leading role in one or more of the related typical key activities, such as: customer requirements gathering and analysis, design of solutions architectures, high level project plan and estimation of professional services effort required for implementation.

4. Expertise
Part of one of the Solutions Services Competency Centers, lead Subject Matter Expert in one or more customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products, providing domain expertise to our customers relative to solution propositions.

5. Customer
Develop customer relations at appropriate level to become a trusted business advisor

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Supporting a specific region/ country or a specific market segment or specific TR solution/product in pre-sales and implementation efforts.

- Provide input (feedback from customers) to segments on product content and functionality.

- Senior profile expert in one or more practices of our offering, able to project manage and take a leadership role in the delivery of solutions projects proposals for complex solutions which requires the integration of several distincts components - products, technology and content - as well as the coordination of other consultants from same or different practices.

- Demonstrate good market knowledge and market data understanding.

- Demonstrate ability to develop simple integration that will be require in order to support On-line and Data Management practices.- Experience in business analysis, data modelling and requirements mapping.
- Experience of designing large scale distributed applications in line with business requirements.
- Has experience in promoting and positioning solutions appropriate for enterprise-wide or global implementation

2) Strong analytical skills, ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and to design feasible solutions architectures
3) Strong expertise in products, technology and content for one or more Solutions Practices
4) Excellent communications skill
5) Strong Project Management skills
6) Enterprise wide thinking - able to give end to end solutions
7) Financial & business Acumen: helps client to quantify financial value of the solutions
8) 'Challenger' profile - Is viewed as an expert at leveraging and coaching others on a variety of approaches to solicit valuable information, even in challenging situations (e.g., in dissimilar, hostile, or highly charged situations);
9) Decision process understanding - ability to to develop a comprehensive understanding of purchase decision processes and criteria by which decision makers define success
10) Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment and influence groups outside of Solution to execute efficiently
