LEAD ASSIST-PERSONAL-UHHG HUMAN RESOURCES job - Union Hospital - Terre Haute, IN

Lead Assist works in our concierge office located in Union East.

Job Duties include:


  • Price checking.


  • Sells gift cards and stamps.


  • Makes appointments for minor car repairs and services, and dry cleaning, etc.


  • Acquires new vendors as needed.


  • Interacts with and maintains positive vendor relations on behalf of Union Hospital, Inc.


  • Maintains accurate records of transactions and inventory.


  • Responsible for recruiting new customers and making all employees aware of this service.


  • Introduces promotions and monthly specials.


  • Proficient in the operation of personal computers and various other office equipment.


  • Acts as cashier for Eighth Avenue Merchandise.


  • Performs all filing activities.


  • Confirms and makes sure all transactions are complete.


  • Respond to customer feedback.


  • Conducts Satisfaction Surveys with users.


  • Conduct quality check on goods and services.


Requirements:


Associate degree in secretarial science or equivalent education/experience preferred.


Word processing and typing skills.


Must be accomplished in written and verbal business communication.


Previous office experience required, retail experience preferred


Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people.


Must have exceptional follow-up skills.


Flexible in work schedule as required
