Job Description:
A sales representative is responsible for sales activities through a relationship-based approach to existing and prospective customers in assigned territory with specific emphasis on achieving the market growth and share objectives as laid out in the Regional Strategic Plan.

- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy, prepare action plans and schedules to identify and achieve specific targets. Establishes, develops and maintains high level business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Demonstrates products to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers in assigned territory.
- Plan and execute relevant training workshops, symposia, conferences, etc for the region.
- Continually up-date the knowledge of our product portfolio and understanding of the business and the market .
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complaints.
- Assess the competitive threat to within the region and implement pro-active tactics.

Qualifications/Work Experience: • Possession of a post-secondary degree
- Proven track record of successful sales, knowledge of sales promotion techniques
- 2-3 years of experience, within a Multinational Company preferably in the medical field.
- Preferably, already well familiar with the orthopedic industry and with the key decision makers
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English.
Education and/or Special Training: • Possession of a post-secondary degree
