Head Technical Data Management (m/f).


Your Responsibilites:
Leading a sub-team within Data Management which is responsible for

managing data exchange processes with internal and external data providers

implementing & managing eclinical solutions / clinical research technologies used in clinical trials (e.g. eCRF, ePRO, mobile health, centralized monitoring)

further developing & maintaining Grunenthal’s clinical data repository

Coordinating and managing processes and interfaces with other organizational units and external partners

Maintaining data standards (CDISC SDTM) & requirements

Providing adequate resources to R&D projects and teams

Providing input to and agreeing on mitigations in case of issues or deviations

Managing personnel development, providing coaching and fostering team ownership & performance


Your Profile:
University degree in computational sciences, natural sciences, data sciences, informatics or equivalent

Entrepreneurial insights in the requirements for data management and eclinical / clinical research technologies

Strong background and experience in management, administration, implementation and validation of computerized systems

Good understanding of CDISC SDTM and reporting / programming aspects (e.g. J-review, Business Objects, SAS)

Profound knowledge of all relevant aspects in clinical research and regulatory processes

Experience in people or (project) team management, including coaching, feedback and building development plans
