Position: HR Administrative Assistant Location: Terre Haute, IN 47803 Duration: 5 months with higher extension possibilities
Position Description: Provide strong administrative and organizational support by coordinating and aligning functions of FMLA and leaves of absence, daily time and attendance tracking, contingent labor program, employee relations, benefits programs, HR plant policies/procedures, and HR records management. Responsible for completion of other HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned Must professionally communicate and interact with outside vendors, members of management, supervision, hourly employees, and partners
