Prepares installment loan files for document scanning. Performs various duties related to ensuring the accuracy and security of collateral documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Prior banking experience with a good understanding of bank products and service with prior loan experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to assess and solve problems.
Primary Activities

• Maintain appropriate competency of performance bar code module required to effectively, consistently, and accurately index installment loan documents for scanning.
• Scrub files to prepare documents for scanning.
• Prepare and possibly deliver loan packages to scanning area in a timely manner.
• Analyze all loan packages for missing or incomplete documentation.
• Review loan file documentation and complete checklist covering loan policy exceptions deemed critical by the Bank’s senior management and Board of Directors.
• Provides assistance to other department members as needed.
