Executive Director of United Way of the Wabash Valley Accepting Applications Now United Way of the Wabash Valley is a resource development and community impact organization meeting community needs through a $1.9 million campaign. United Way of the Wabash Valley seeks a proven leader. Responsibilities lie in two broad areas: *Non-profit Management & Leadership *Complex Resource Development Successful candidate will have: *BS degree in appropriate field such as public administration, social work or business from a four-year college or university; or *Significant related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience *Basic accounting skills as they relate to the fiscal duties of the Executive Director. As a proven leader, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic community team builder who has utilized volunteer resources and has demonstrated strong business acumen, management skills, communication skills and ability to negotiate, collaborate and foster inclusiveness among a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
