Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
  


• Perform robotic set up and programming to ensure the finished product meets specifications.
  


• Support daily shop floor operations by troubleshooting and resolving safety, production, and quality issues.
  


• Perform routine data collection and analysis in order to continually improve the manufacturing processes and technologies.
  


• Contribute to the new product development process by creating and verifying manufacturing processes, implementing fixture improvements, and documenting standard work.
  


• Assist in creating, modifying, and revising manufacturing standard work and equipment documentation.
  

Qualifications

• 1 – 4 years of hands on welding experience including knowledge of the GMAW process, weld symbols, and experience with Motoman and/or Fanuc robotics.
  


• Ability to read blue prints, plant layouts, and understand welding symbols.
  


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
