  • Our client is hiring for a contract to hire Patient Registration job in Bedford, Indiana. You must have a minimum of three years in a customer service or hospitality role. You must be able to work in stressful situations and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. You will be working closely with patients and registering them into the system, as well as collecting demographic and insurance information.

The Patient Financial Registration job responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients as they enter the facility.

  • Being hospitable and friendly towards patients and help them to feel as comfortable as possible.

  • Entering insurance and demographic information into the computer system.

 
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in hospitality/customer service role

  • Previous experience in a hospital registration role a plus

  • Medical terminology preferred

  • Detail oriented and effective time management skills

  • A strong desire to work in the medical field and help make an impact on lives every day
