YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


 


You will provide support for 6 to 7 Project Managers and help them to ensure that all projects are completed within the timeline and budgetary restrictions of the client’s contract.  Your responsibilities will include creating reports, proofreading financial documents, conducting research, facilitate the billing process, perform cost assessments for each job portfolio, manage files and collect data.  You are also responsible for monitoring the financial progress of projects and investigating variances.  The successful candidate will have a “can do” attitude, highly motivated and be self-sufficient. 


BACKGROUND:


  • Associates Degree in Accounting

  • 3 years of construction experience

  • Stellar communication and writing skills

  • Outstanding computer skills

  • Ability to multitask and produce high quality work in a fast paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel within the Chicagoland and Northern Indiana areas – 25% Travel Required
