Shelter Services Advocate - Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc. (CODA) - Terre Haute, IN
The Shelter Services Advocate will provide support in a shelter environment for women, children, and men who are victims of domestic violence. Duties include: answering phones, providing resource/referral information and interacting with shelter clients regarding policy/procedure information. Staff will also provide crisis intervention assistance, and be required to participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency pick-ups. Prior experience with substance abuse, addiction programs, social work, and/or domestic violence is a plus. Salary: $10.00 /hour Required experience:
