Resource Development Part-time Assistant - Ivy Tech Community College - Terre Haute, IN

Provides administrative support to the Resource Development Office.

Major Responsibilities

Performing general office duties: answering phone, greeting guests, making copies, etc.


Maintaining files and records


Coordinating meetings and setting appointments.


Assembling materials for events and meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED . Must be able to critically think and work independently. Must have strong customer service skills and computer skills including MS Word.


Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Office Administration preferred.
