Watler Accounting, CPA’s PC has an Office Coordinator position open in our Terre Haute office. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5pm. The coordinator is responsible for day to day operations of the office including but not limited to client care, answering the phone, making appointments, ordering supplies, collating tax returns, delivery of completed work to clients, accepting work from clients and support for the professional staff. Experience in accounting is valuable along with QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Experience with Pro-Series a plus. Good organization skills a must. Required experience: » Apply Now
