Strong customer relations skills and dependability a must. Needs to be bilingual (fluent in spanish). You must be able to work well under pressure. You may receive a large number of calls and problems at the same time, you will need to be able to stay organized and prioritize the order of calls. We are willing to train the right person. Experience not required.
