RECEPTIONIST FOR INSURANCE - Old National Bank - Terre Haute, IN
The Receptionist is primarily responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system, routing calls to the appropriate person and greeting visitors. In addition, the receptionist is responsible for scheduling conference rooms and assisting with meeting room accommodations; updating and distributing the internal phone listing on a regular basis, assist with the distribution of incoming mail, assist with data input and other projects as requested. The Receptionist will also be cross trained in other functional areas as needed and act as back-up for those areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or office work required. Prior Insurance Agency experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Must be detail oriented, excel in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines, work with a sense of urgency and have excellent customer service skills.
