Accounts Payable Coordinator - Louis Vuitton - Brazil, IN


Serve as the administrator and central point of contact for all employee reimbursement and p-card disbursement functions at the Louis Vuitton Americas Companies plus other LVMH companies as assigned. Ensure the company’s established guidelines and policies are followed. Ensure the accurate and timely payment of expenses. Ensure the proper recording of all transactions. • Serve as the administrator to LV’s travel systems such as Ulysse and ItinManager • Serve as the primary liason with our Amex representatives in all expense reimbursement matters • Administrate the company’s P-Card program (adding/removing vendors, ensuring vendor list is updated, adherence to approval limits) • Administrate the company’s BTA cards and serve as the liason to the Amex representatives and LVMH Travel. • Process and audit expense reimbursements ensuring that they conform to company policy • Train AP Associates over the proper policies and procedures related to employee reimbursement • Assist in managing the employee reimbursement action plans with periodic reporting of progress and statistics • Facilitate relationship with our external filing vendor, Micrographics, with issues related to employee reimbursements. • Identify and present issues related to expense reimbursements to Senior Management • Perform Month End Closing activities • Book Journal Entries • Provide Audit Documentation

  • Be able to work in a collaborative and team environment; • Detail and deadline oriented; • Presentation Skills • Excellent communication skills; • Excellent organizational skills; • Working knowledge of SAP and/or JDE a plus; • Accounting Degree a plus; • Retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus.
