The Direct Care worker is responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.

We are looking to fill full-time, part-time and on call, evening, overnight and weekend positions as Direct Support Worker. Mosaic offers competitive wages of $9.00 per hour, with the possibility for 6-month and 1-year increases. We offer an excellent benefits package including Paid Time Off and Tuition assistance. Must have high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass a drug screen, physical functions test, driving record check and background check.
