Mortgage Field Inspector - In A Snap Inspections - Terre Haute, IN

We are hiring Independent Contractors to do field inspections which includes: Drive by inspections, occupancy verifications, interior walk through, ect. You would be taking photos through an app on your smart phone, and filling out a short form on this app as well I need someone who is a self starter, as you will be responsible for the zip codes or counties that you have agreed to cover and complete by the due date. This is a pretty easy job, but it takes someone who is great at time management, as you set your own schedule. Depending on the volume and area you will cover you will be paid anywhere from $5 – $7 per inspection, which will take between 1 and 10 minutes to complete.
Requirements:
Own vehicle and insurance ( fuel efficient because there is a lot of driving involved)
Computer/Laptop with internet service
GPS/Navigation
Routing Knowledge helpful
Attention to detail
Able to pass a background check ( No Felonies in 7 years)

Sullivan
Greene
Knox
Daviess

This is a contract labor job, we will not take taxes out of your pay, and you are responsible for paying for all your gas and other expenses.
