Groundskeeper - First Financial Corporation - Terre Haute, IN

Performs a variety of duties on all Bank owned facilities. General exterior work in all kinds of weather. Work can be physically demanding and repetitive, involving much bending, lifting, and shoveling. Any other duties as assigned.

Typical Job Entry Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid drivers license

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Primary Activities

• Maintains cleanliness of all Bank parking lots.

• Keeps all Drive-up lanes free of oil and other debris.

• General exterior cleaning at bank locations (pick up trash, power wash sidewalks, etc.)

• Trim bushes, mulch, mow, and water grounds

• Shred papers.

• Other maintenance duties as assigned and directed.
