Assistant Cook - Boy Scout Camp Krietenstein - Terre Haute, IN

Summary : Assistant Cook wanted for residential summer camp near Brazil, IN. We’re a non-profit camp that serves participants from all over the state. Assistant cooks are responsible for assisting in the preparation of 16 meals per week for 200 people in a commercial kitchen under the direction of the Dining Hall Director. Scouting experience is not required. Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred. This is a seasonal position.

Dates : June 1-July 2 and July 10-25. Service includes Sunday dinner, B/L/D Monday through Friday except dinner on Wednesday, and Saturday breakfast. Time off is Wednesday evening, and noon on Saturday until noon on Sunday.

Compensation : Weekly salary of $200, negotiable. On-site housing and food provided. Option to commute if you’d prefer.
